I bring this knowledge into our sessions, incorporating nature and the outdoors to create a unique therapeutic experience. Whether it’s a walk in the park, creating art in an open space, or simply sitting among the trees, I find that nature has a way of supporting us in ways that a traditional office can’t.
My career has focused on working with youth, but I’ve found that the skills I’ve developed over the years translate beautifully into adult counseling as well. Many of the creative, play-based, and experiential techniques I use with younger clients are just as impactful for adults who are looking for fresh ways to connect with themselves and find healing.
