Session Fees:
- $140 for a 60-minute session
- $109 for a 45-minute session
- $89 for a 30-minute session
Cancellation Policy:
- If you miss an appointment without letting me know, there’s a $119 no-show fee.
- Cancelling less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $75 late fee, automatically charged to the card on file.
Please note, if you’re late, your youth mental health counseling session time will be shortened. Furthermore, being more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show.

I’m now teaming up with Sondermind to offer you counseling services that you can access with insurance. Kalie Midcap, LPC, is currently credentialed with Sondermind to provide counseling services, using insurance both in-person and virtually, across the entire state of Colorado.
Please note: While not everyone seeking counseling may meet the criteria for a mental health diagnosis, it is necessary for services to be deemed “medically necessary” in order to bill insurance. Consequently, acceptance of a diagnosis is required to receive insurance benefits.
